Terms and Conditions for Stonnall Paws Dog Walking Field

• Customers must collect any dog waste and dispose in the provided bins or taken away off site. This is a primary rule and a key health and safety requirement.
• We request that all dogs who enter our field are fully vaccinated and up to date with all flee, worm and tick treatments.
• All dogs exercising on the field must be in good health with no prior medical conditions.
• Dogs must be kept on a lead until they have entered the secure area and must be put back on the lead when exiting the secure area.
• Please take all rubbish home with you.
• No naked flames allowed on the field for fire safety reasons. This includes no smoking at any time on site.
• Please take care whilst walking on the field as there may be uneven ground. We take no responsibility for any injuries incurred to you or your dog/s
• Please inform Stonnall Paws if you observe any damage or anything you see of concern so we can rectify immediately.
• Water is provided in the shelter at the top of the field, this is only for dogs not human consumption. Please empty bowl after use ready for the next guest.
• Please arrive on the hour and exit the dog field by 0.50 to the hour to ensure that there is no overlap with the next customer.
• Approach the roadside gate on Mill Lane and unlock the gate using the code provided.
• Drive into the field and close the gate behind you before turning right onto the designated parking area.
• Your dog must remain on the lead until you have entered the secure dog exercise area.
• Walk up the hill and enter the secure dog area via the right hand gate, which is marked entrance. Please close the gate after.
• To exit the secure dog area after your 50 minutes, ensure your dog is back on a lead and use the opposite gate marked exit, ensuring it is closed behind you.
• Walk back down the hill towards the green barn and back to your car.
• Exit the main field via the main gate, ensuring it is locked behind.

 

Cancellation Terms

• Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the booking time. Unfortunately Stonnall Paws  are not able to offer refunds,  however a replacement slot will be offered within 30 days, should you wish to rebook.
• Stonnall Paws reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not following the terms and conditions or for any other reason at our discretion.

I agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions of use of Stonnall Paws dog walking field. Thank you very much for your cooperation in keeping the field safe, tidy and enjoyable for all. We may update these terms at any time.
